Gossip9.lk News : The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of Sri Lanka police has quizzed a high ranking police officer over the murder of a businessman. The CID has questioned the Colombo North Deputy Inspector General Vass Gunawardena over the murder of businessmen after he was abducted from the Bambalapitiya area last month. The businessman's body with gunshot wounds was found in the Dompe area on 2013 May 22. According to local media reports a sub inspector of police and two constables were arrested on Wednesday on the information provided by two other suspects arrested for the murder earlier. source : 01
