This strange surgery was conducted at the Colombo General hospital. On the 21st June 2012, 31 year old Nishantha Kumara, a resident of kegalle, Imbuldeniya had been involved in this incident at around 6:30pm in the evening. A person had cut Nishantha’s hand using a katty in near to Ambuwangala road. Nishantha’s hand was separated hand into two parts and his family members had admitted him immediately to the Kegalle hospital. The staff at the Kegalle General hospital had transferred him to Colombo General Hospital.
