Gossip9.lk News : A monk protested atop a tree near the Liberty Roundabout in Colpetty this morning(2013/06/12), demanding a discussion with President Mahinda Rajapakse. The Presidential Security Forces had thereafter escorted the monk to Temple Trees. The monk who is believed to be from the Hambantotoa area had protested demanding relief and assistance to his father who is suffering from cancer. source : 01
