Gossip9 Lanka News : Three Police officers and four other suspects have been arrested yesterday (2013/03/08) for the robbery of 102 lakhs at Hunupitiya. Reportedly the robbers have come under guise of police personnel. It is learnt that among those who were arrested are SI’s of Ministerial Security Division and SI and IP of the Fort traffic police division. The robbery has occurred while a businessman was carrying a sum of 10 million from the Sampath Bank situated in Slave Island, Colombo.
