Gossip 9 Lanka News : Two persons have attempted to kidnap Assistant Superintendent of Customs Mr. Aruna Shantha. He was in the midst of investigating a large scale drugs business, on 12th march night. He has been warded at the Colombo National hospital since he has injured . The customs officer had finished his work at 7.30 pm on Tuesday and got into his van and on the way home, two motor cyclists had rammed into his vehicle nad after that they have tried to kidnap Assistant Superintendent of Customs.
